The Royality Way is independently owned and operated by Lola Jones and based in Rosedale, MD. Lola is a mother of three and currently pursuing her BSW. She has had a passion for helping others as well as fashion and beauty all her life and finally decided to do it her own way. Royality is a combination of the words royalty and reality and defined as “The acquired mindset where the realization of royalty is formed within every woman”. 

The Royality Way was originally founded in 2020 to offer affordable options to women with their apparel, lash and hair needs. After 18 successful months of business, our founder decided to refocus her energy and strengths to her passion- serving others. She began her non-profit, Royal Vision, an emerging non-profit mental health based organization established to curate generational wealth in our community by assisting at-risk youth and their families with mental health services, credit repair, low-income housing and so much more!
